Mobile Compatibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the mobile security solution is compatible with your specific mobile device model (e.g., specific mobile model, android & iOS).

Domestic Only: This Site and its e-commerce services are intended strictly for customers residing within Malaysia.

Order Acceptance: The display of solutions/ products on our Site constitutes an "invitation to treat." Your order is an offer to purchase.

Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: solutions unavailability, errors in solutions pricing/descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing Errors: In the event of a typographical or pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Currency: All prices listed on the Site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment Methods: Payment must be made through our approved payment gateways (e.g., FPX, credit/debit card, e-wallets). Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is received.

VAM will email a unique download link or QR code to your registered email address.

Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on email fulfilment.

Risk of Loss: The obligation under this clause shall be deemed fully fulfilled upon the transmission of the account activation link to the user's registered email address.

Data Processing: We process your personal data (name, phone number, email address, address, device details & etc.) strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Third Parties: Your data will only be shared with necessary third parties (e.g., payment gateways) required to fulfill your order.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Vigilant Asia (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our solutions/ products—including but not limited to data loss, disruption to other mobile applications or internal phone hardware failure while using our solutions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for that specific product or solution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia or the Tribunal for Consumer Claims (TCC) where applicable.
