Refund Policy
How refunds work for your Vigilant Asia Mobile Threat Defense subscription.
Am I eligible for a return or a refund?
You are eligible to request a refund within 72 hours of your purchase date. To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Service Activation Failure
- The subscription service cannot be activated or accessed due to a technical issue attributable to VAM and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Payment
- A customer has been charged more than once for the same subscription.
- Incorrect Billing
- An incorrect amount was charged due to a system or payment processing error.
- Unauthorized Transaction
- A payment was made without the account holder's authorization, subject to verification and supporting documentation.
Purchases may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Dissatisfaction with features or functionality of the application
Refund requests must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of the transaction date by contacting our support team at info@vigilantasia.com.my
The request must include:
- Full name;
- Registered email address;
- Proof of payment (e.g. payment advice or transaction slip);
- Reason for the refund request.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank/payment provider, but typically take 7–14 business days.
- VA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
